This winter I spent a month in Mexico traveling around to three spots and took my camera out everyday. I got to re-fall in love with photography during this time. I come alive in Mexico. The streets are catalysts for energetic experience because most people spend their days outside.
Speaking Spanish in the beating sun.
Short bursts of tropical rain showers.
Smiles become a universal language.
Baths in cenotes are rebirths.
Remember shared humanity.
Humble materials used.
Little meals as pick-me-ups.
Bright colors announce life.
Juice tastes like warmth on ice.
Passing conversations are the music of the sidewalks.
Everything is art.
Dappled sunlight reminds us to close our eyes and feel it all deeply in the soul.
