The Elves’ Cottage is a holiday photo experience and winter ritual, bringing together families, community, and a little touch of magic. In 2025, I stepped into the role of full creative director and producer of the Seattle installation, overseeing the entire look, feel, and execution of the project from start to finish.

I designed and hand-painted the set—a true manifestation of the Pacific Northwest color palette, rooted in deep moss greens, cedar tones, and the soft light of winter. From building the original website to managing outreach, booking, and community communication, I’ve shaped every layer of the Seattle experience.

Each season, we welcome hundreds of families through the space. I serve as lead photographer, direct staffing, run tethered capture and gallery delivery, and help ensure the experience, from booking to final image, is seamless, intentional, and full of warmth. I also guide the visual storytelling and social media, carrying the tone and presence of The Cottage into the digital world.

This year, I also joined the Los Angeles team as digital tech, working in collaboration with longtime producer Molly Ware. While LA has its own strong rhythm and legacy, it's been exciting to combine forces and bring the same care and creative clarity to every session.

The Elves’ Cottage is one of my most hands-on, heart-forward projects, a space where visual storytelling, community, and a bit of seasonal magic come together in a way that feels both joyful and deeply grounded.
